The payment-native commerce platform for the Nordics
Svippit is built for small businesses and creators in Norway, Denmark, and Finland. No setup fees, no monthly lock-in: you pay only when you sell.
Selling online usually means bolting a foreign checkout onto a separate storefront.
Svippit replaces that stack with a store built directly on Vipps and MobilePay, the apps your customers already pay with every day.
Built on Vipps and MobilePay
Your customers check out in one tap with the apps they already trust. Nothing new to download, no card numbers to type.

Frequently Asked Questions
If you can't find what you're looking for, send us an email at hello@svippit.com.
What can I sell on Svippit?
Physical products, digital files and services. Stores on Svippit sell e-books, courses, knitting patterns, music, baked goods and club merchandise. Sell through your store page, through direct product links, or both.
What does Svippit cost?
10% of each completed sale, excl. VAT. There is no setup fee and no monthly fee, and a month with less than 10 NOK, 10 DKK or 10 EUR in fees is not invoiced. Vipps MobilePay charges its own transaction fee separately.
Read pricing detailsDo I need a registered company?
Yes. You need an organization number from Norway, Denmark or Finland, because Vipps MobilePay only makes agreements with businesses. A sole proprietorship or an association is enough.
How do I get Vipps MobilePay, and how long does it take?
You apply from inside Svippit. The application is prefilled with your company details, and you sign it at Vipps MobilePay. Approval usually takes a few business days, and you can build your store while you wait.
When do I get paid, and does Svippit hold my money?
Svippit never holds your money. Vipps MobilePay settles each sale directly to your business account, and Svippit invoices its fee once a month. The amount is reserved when the customer buys and charged when you capture the payment, typically when you ship. Digital sales can be captured automatically.
Can customers without Vipps or MobilePay pay?
Yes. At checkout the customer can choose Visa or Mastercard instead. Card sales go through the same Vipps MobilePay agreement and land in the same order list.
How are digital products delivered?
You upload the file to the product. The buyer gets a download link on the confirmation page and in the receipt email the moment the payment goes through. There is no manual step.
How does shipping work?
You set a shipping price per product and ship the order yourself. When the customer pays with Vipps or MobilePay, name and delivery address come from the app. An order with several products is charged one shipping fee, the highest of them. For pickup and services, turn off address collection on the product.
Do buyers get a proper receipt, and what do I get for bookkeeping?
Buyers get a receipt by email with VAT specified per rate, plus a receipt in their Vipps or MobilePay app. You get a Reports page with monthly sales, VAT per rate, fees and a CSV with one row per order for your accountant.
How accounting worksDo I have to write my own terms of sale?
No. Svippit generates terms of sale and a withdrawal form from your company details. At checkout, buyers get the legally required notice about the right of withdrawal for digital products. You remain the seller in every sale.
