Created

Authorized

Captured

Payment request expired due to 10-minute timeout without customer action.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long does it take to get approved?
Most merchants are approved within 5 business days after submitting complete business information.
What documents do I need?
You need a valid business registration number, and you must have created at least one product on Svippit. No additional documents required for most businesses.
Can international customers pay?
Yes, if the customer does not have Vipps or MobilePay, they can use a credit card as an alternative payment method. The sale will still be processed through Vipps MobilePay and be handled and saved in all the same ways.
How do refunds work?
Refunds are processed instantly through your dashboard and typically appear in the customer's account within 1-2 business days.
Are there any setup fees?
No setup fees or monthly costs. You only pay transaction fees when you complete sales.
