Do I pay anything monthly?⌄
We send a monthly invoice based on the number of completed (captured) sales from the previous month. If the amount is below 10 NOK / 10 DKK / 10 EUR, we don’t charge you that month.
Can I create multiple stores and products?⌄
Yes. There are no limits. You can create unlimited stores and products and sell both physical and digital items.
Is VAT added on top?⌄
Not today. Visplan is not VAT-registered yet, so no VAT is added to your invoices right now. All prices are still quoted exclusive of VAT, and once we are registered, VAT is added where applicable. If you are VAT-registered yourself, you can deduct the VAT on our invoice.
If I cancel a sale, does it count?⌄
No. We only count sales when they are captured. Canceled or expired reservations are not counted.
I moved my store from Svipe. What do I pay?⌄
Svipe merchants keep the 7% they had on Svipe. The rate is set on the store when it is moved and does not change. Everything else on this page applies the same way.
