Payment Processing Fees
Vipps and MobilePay processing fees are charged separately by the payment providers:
- Vipps (Norway): Typically 1.75% + NOK 1.80 per transaction
- MobilePay (Denmark): Typically 1.75% + DKK 1.00 per transaction
- MobilePay (Finland): Typically 1.75% + €0.25 per transaction
Payment processing fees may vary based on your merchant agreement with Vipps/MobilePay
Value Added Tax (VAT)
All Svippit prices are quoted exclusive of VAT. Visplan AS is not currently registered in the Norwegian VAT register, so no VAT is added to invoices today. Once Visplan is VAT-registered, VAT will be added where applicable. Merchants who are VAT-registered themselves can deduct it as input VAT.

Payment Terms
When You Pay Svippit
Svippit fees are invoiced monthly on the 15th of each month for the previous month's transactions. Payment is due within 30 days via bank transfer or direct debit. Invoiced amounts are exclusive of VAT; VAT is added where applicable once Visplan is VAT-registered.
When You Receive Customer Payments
Customer payments are settled directly to your bank account by Vipps/MobilePay, typically within 1-3 business days after the transaction. Svippit does not hold your funds.
Refund Handling
If you process a refund, the corresponding Svippit fee is credited back to your account and deducted from your next invoice.

Are there volume discounts?
Currently, Svippit maintains a flat 10% rate for all transaction volumes. This ensures simplicity and predictability for all merchants.
Can I negotiate custom pricing?
For enterprise customers with very high transaction volumes, custom pricing arrangements may be available. Contact our sales team for details.
What happens if I don't make any sales?
If you don't make sales in a given month, your Svippit invoice will be €0. Your account remains active with full access to all features.
Are there cancellation fees?
No cancellation fees or contracts. You can stop using Svippit at any time with no penalties.
