      No. Stock status is only visible to you, and is intended to ensure you don't sell more items than you can deliver.

    • How do I connect to Vipps MobilePay?

      When you register on Svippit, you'll see the steps to create a Vipps MobilePay agreement and connect Vipps MobilePay to Svippit. We've made sure this is as quick and easy as possible.

    • How long does it take to get Vipps MobilePay?

      When you apply for Vipps MobilePay via Svippit, it usually doesn't take more than 5 business days to get your application approved, but this depends on how long the queue at Vipps MobilePay is.

    • How do I know when my product is ready for sale?

      You'll receive an email from Vipps MobilePay as soon as your product is ready for sale. Shortly after, you can start selling from Svippit.

    • Where can I find sales reports?

      You can find transaction overviews in the Vipps MobilePay Portal. Here you can filter by date, transaction status, and sales location, or search for a specific transaction. You can also download settlement reports that link to the payment in your settlement account.

    • Does the customer receive a receipt after a purchase?

      Yes, the customer receives an order confirmation by email and a receipt for the purchase directly in Vipps or MobilePay.
